Blis K12 Fresh Breath Kit is dairy and gluten free. Dosage/Usage
Day 1 and every 7th day afterwards, activate mouthwash by mixing CD1 and CD2 together. Set aside for 5 minutes. Brush teeth and floss as usual. Use provided tongue cleaner to gently scrape tongue free of bacterial build up. Rinse mouth with activated mouthwash for 30 seconds, spit out - do NOT swallow! Slowly allow a Blis K12 Fresh Breath Lozenge to dissolve on your tongue. Over the next six hours use a further three Blis K12 Fresh Breath lozenges at around two hours apart.
