Ingredients:
1mL/1mL: Arnica montana, fresh whole plant juice 6x in water/ethanol base.

Directions for Use:
Adults & Children: In acute cases take 2 sprays every 15 minutes. After 6 doses take every hour. Reduce the number of doses, as relief is obtained, to 3 times daily at least 15 minutes before meals, or as directed by your health care professional.
