Ingredients:

Each 1ml contains:
Fresh Citris (Lemon) Juice 24-36m; standardised to 1.95mg of Citric Acids (from Fruit).

Directions for Use:

Adults: Apply 1-2 sprays into each nostril, 3-5 times daily.
Children: (Who can sniff in) Apply 1 spray into each nostril daily

For best results, begin treatment twice daily before Hayfever Season.
